Chúng tôi trân trọng kính gửi thư dựa theo mẩu thư của Bs ĐỖ VĂN HỘI & Ô. ĐỖ XUÂN SƠN gửi Tổng Thư Ký Liên Hiệp Quốc, gửi cộng đồng quốc tế để xin QUÝ VỊ vui lòng ký tên trên thư gửi theo  cách:

Gửi qua bưu điện, địện thư (Email) Fax, Website… theo danh sách địa chỉ (DH 103 LIST) chúng tôi đã gửi cho QUÝ VỊ, thỉnh cầu Đức Giáo Hoàng, Tổng Thống, Chính Phủ, Chủ tịch Tòa Án Hình Sự Quốc Tế, Công Tố Viên Tòa Án Hình Sự Quốc Tế, Tổng Thư Ký Hội Đồng Liên Hiệp Quốc, Chủ Tịch Lưỡng Viện Âu Châu, Chủ Tịch Quốc Hội Âu Châu, Tổng Thư Ký ASEAN, Chủ Tịch Thượng viện, Chủ Tịch Quốc hội, Qúy Vị Nghị Sỉ và Dân Biểu, Thủ tướng, Quý Vị Tổng Bộ Trưởng, Quý vị Đại sứ, các Tổ chức quốc tế  nhân quyền, tự do tôn giáo, truyền thông báo chí … trên khắp thế giới:

1.- can thiệp với Hội Đồng Nhân Quyền Liên Hiệp Quốc bác đơn của bạo quyền CSVN xin làm hội viên Hội Đồng Nhân Quyền Liên Hiệp Quốc,

2.- ủng hộ thành lập một ''CHÍNH PHỦ ĐOÀN KẾT QUỐC GIA VIỆT NAM" thay thế Chính phủ bạo quyền CSVN vô thần, dã man vô nhân đạo, bán nước, hại dân,

3.- gây áp lực đòi nhà cầm quyền CSVN phải trả tự do ngay tức khắc vô điều kiện cho tất cả các nhà bất đồng chánh kiến, những nhà lãnh đạo các tôn giáo độc lập, các tu sỉ, các tín đồ các tôn giáo, các dân oan, các Bloggers và quân, dân, cán, chính VNCH bị nhà cầm quyền CSVN vi phạm Hiệp Định Paris, tùy tiện giam cầm sau ngày tấn chiếm VNCH bằng vũ lực 30/04/1975 cho đến ngày hôm nay.

4.- tùy nghi phổ biến trên truyền thông, báo chí và vận động đồng bào tại Quốc Nội, Hải Ngoại tham gia ký tên đông đảo gửi thư đi khắp nơi thế giới thì mới hy vọng đạt được kết quả mong muốn,

5.- khẩn trương vận động Tòa Án Hình Sự Quốc Tế, Liên Hiệp Quốc, Asean, Lưỡng Viện Châu Âu, Quốc Hội Âu Châu mở cuộc điều tra về việc nhà cầm CSVN, đàn áp, giết hại, giam cầm các người biểu tình và bạc đải dã man các tù nhân nạn nhân CSVN (thiếu ăn, thiếu mặc, thiếu thuốc men, bị tra tấn, đánh đập, hù dọa, lao động khó nhọc v.v…)

Tòan dân Việt Nam rất thán phục và ghi nhận công lao của QÚY VỊ và tất cả nhà dân chủ, các lãnh đạo các tôn giáo đã, đang và sẽ dũng cảm, dấn thân tranh đấu công khai hay âm thầm bằng mọi phương cách cho nhân quyền, tự do, dân chủ và tòan vẹn lãnh thổ Việt Nam.

Ladies and gentlemen of the International Community,

We have just signed the following petition addressed to: UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and World Leaders. We all know the Vietnamese communist government is one of the most shameful and serious human rights violators in the world. They strip basic freedoms, including religious freedom, from the people; they subject their citizens to cruel persecutions, illegal arrests and arbitrary detentions. International human rights bodies such as Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch have frequently blamed them for their human rights abuses.

The Vietnamese communist government is in full effort campaigning to join the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) for the 2013-2016 term. If elected, the Vietnamese communist government will take advantage of its membership to defend and cover up its human rights violations, to deceive public opinion, to continue harassing dissidents, dominating and oppressing the people of Vietnam. The Vietnamese communist government does not deserve to and should not be elected as a member of the UN Human Rights Council.

We strongly request you with all your authority and influence:

1.- to stop the Vietnamese communist government from joining the UN Human Rights Council, also to put pressure on the Vietnamese government to act like Burma (Myanmar) and change their domestic and foreign policy, to respect human rights and to release all political prisoners unconditionally.

Therefore, we appeal once again to your intervention, which could take the following forms:

3.- to support the formation of a Government of National Unity in Vietnam (comprising the representatives of the 90 million Vietnamese residing in the country and abroad) to replace the current government, totalitarian, murderous and undemocratic. Given their barbarian acts, their crimes and their defiance of the international community, the Vietnamese communist government does not deserve to remain a member of the United Nations nor of the UN Human Rights Council.
